Returning to our source through Mudras, Meditation, & Silence
In these times of change and transitions, we connect with our inner source, our inner strength & wisdom through the journey of a sequence of sacred practices & rituals. Transformational Mudras, powerful meditation techniques, and Silence, grounds our body, nourishes our mind, and brings comfort and peace to our hearts. We will also use various pranayama (breathwork) techniques to support our journey into blissful presence; returning to our grounded heart.
Schedule: 10am - 12pm Introduction & Practice
12pm - 1pm Silent Lunch
1pm - 3:30pm Practice
3:30 - 4:00pm Closing sacred ritual
